Feminist Discourse, Key Concepts

Between 10 and 22 June 2025, the Director of the Hardi Cultural Center, Dr. Choman Hardi, facilitated a six-day workshop for the Women’s Academy of the People’s Development Organization. Participants included women from diverse backgrounds, such as journalists, students, activists, and government employees. The workshop provided both a theoretical foundation and practical tools for critical analysis within participants’ own social contexts. Training sessions featured guided readings and discussions of key feminist texts from Western thinkers as well as regional authors, including Salam Al-Mahadin and Lila Abu-Lughod.
