Art as a National Capital

On 16 December 2024, Dr. Choman Hardi co-founder and director of the Hardi Cultural Center, spoke at the opening exhibition of Dr. Narmin Mustafa, one of Kurdistan’s leading women artists. The event took place at the Dania Trade Center, which had sponsored Dr. Mustafa for a year to create artworks for their business spaces. The exhibition showcased a selection of the pieces produced during that period, while the remaining works were displayed at the Ramada Hotel. In her speech, Dr. Hardi highlighted the importance of collaboration between the arts and the business sector, emphasizing how such partnerships can foster a new cultural mindset and contribute to the growth of the creative economy in Kurdistan.
